At Layers 3D Print Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully craft each product with attention to detail, ensuring it meets the highest standards. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any orders, including custom and personalized items.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective due to no fault of your own, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly exchange the product at no additional cost, provided the damage is not due to misuse.

Custom Orders: All custom orders are final sale. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom or personalized items, as they are made to your specific requirements.

How to Request an Exchange: If you experience an issue with your order that qualifies for an exchange, please reach out to us with a detailed description and photos of the issue. We will review your request and provide further instructions for your exchange.
